Through a series of activities we lead the client to a full assessment of his or her requirements. Through careful question and analysis we uncover client problems and discover why they are not taking action, or being as successful as they could be.

Building upon the clients personal presentation and self image we generate self awareness and suggest means for improvement. We focus on the clients strengths and build further confidence through stress reduction techniques and relaxation activities.

We illustrate how to understand body language and behaviour types and show how to create rapport. We role-play interview and listening skills focusing on clients capacity to interview to maximum potential. We help provide answers to possible tricky questions
